Gameplay

Staying alive is the whole game

Every run is a fight against hunger, infection, and other survivors.

Hunger, thirst, infection

Every need drains in real time. Eat, drink and treat wounds, or the infection decides for you.

Scavenge the state

Loot pharmacies, gas stations and military depots across Los Santos and Blaine County. Risk rises with reward.

Build a safe zone

Claim a location, fortify it and defend it. Your crew's base is your only real shelter.

Trade or betray

Player-run markets, convoy escorts and hostile survivors. Choose who you can afford to trust.

Seasonal wipes

Each Quarantine Season is a fresh outbreak with new events, new zones and a leaderboard.

Active staff

Fair rules, quick reports and a team that plays with you.

Season loop

How a season plays out

From outbreak to last stand — then the state resets.

  1. OutbreakSirens, panic and empty shelves. Grab a weapon, water and a vehicle before the streets fill up.
  2. LockdownCheckpoints seal the districts. Loot zones turn hostile and the best gear sits behind the biggest risks.
  3. ScarcityFuel and medicine run dry. Survivor markets appear and alliances form or break.
  4. Last standA final server-wide event decides the leaderboard. Then the state resets for the next season.
